Officers & Directors

MSCI is governed by member volunteers who serve on the Board of Directors, the board's Executive Committee, and a number of other committees that advise the president and his staff on various programs.

The Board of Directors is comprised of directors-at-large (one of whom must be from a Canadian service center); national chapter directors, who are nominated by the Chapter Leadership Council; associate directors, who represent associate members; the last two member chairmen; MSCI's national officers; a representative from each product division, and a representative from the Management Information Committee and the Foundation for Continuing Education. They serve varying terms of one to three years.

The Executive Committee consists of a small group of board members selected by the president and chief executive officer. They are called upon to discuss policy issues between board meetings and meet separate from the full board from time to time.
